What we're looking for

  • Cleaning experience preferred
  • Reliable and professional
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Suitable public liability insurance (or willingness to arrange appropriate cover)
  • Appropriate cleaning equipment and products where required
  • Able to travel within your selected service area
  • References available on request
  • Proof of identity and relevant eligibility checks
  • Commitment to customer privacy and professional conduct
Please note: This is an independent self-employed cleaning contractor opportunity — not employment. Cleaning opportunities are offered according to customer demand, location and availability. There are no guaranteed minimum hours initially, and independent contractors are free to accept or decline individual opportunities and to work with their own customers and other businesses. Joining the Pauline & Pearl network does not guarantee a minimum number of bookings. Successful applicants complete our approval and onboarding process before being offered cleaning opportunities.
